This 3-week Commercial Intensive course is designed for both seasoned pros looking to sharpen their skills and beginners ready to dive into the world of commercial acting. Whether you're new to the industry or a working actor seeking to refine your techniques, this course will get you working—in the classroom and on set!

We’ll cover:

• How to give a slate that books: Your slate is your first impression—make it count! Learn how to present yourself in a way that stands out to casting directors.

• Introductive auditions: Receiving auditions that ask you to tell a fun story can feel so nebulous, but there are tried and true tricks to grab attention and stand out!

• Improv and nonverbal auditions: Commercials often require thinking on your feet. We’ll work through improv and nonverbal techniques to deliver a strong performance, for those auditions with no lines.

• How to memorize copy FAST: Got a commercial with a lot of copy? Let’s get those lines down fast so you can record quicker and get your audition in first!
